🥤SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
1.5 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 cup soy milk
1 cup water
1 scoop vivolife protein

🥗TOFU SCRAMBLE RECIPE:
1 block extra firm tofu (pressed of water and crumbled)
4 sliced cremini mushrooms
1/2 small onion (diced)
1/2 large red or yellow bell pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp each garlic and onion powder
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce

  1. ok this is a weird question LOL but I’ve never had tofu scramble and I want to, but does it end up tasting like eggs? sorry if this is stupid but I don’t like the taste of eggs lol

  2. Hi Maddie !!! I just bought you e book and I’m so excited to start cooking! However I have a question, I’m really not a fan of mushrooms sadly lol is there any other veggie I can substitute the mushrooms for? Like maybe bell peppers ?
