What I eat as pre and post workout meals including carbohydrates which the body needs before workingout, you need energy and healthy carbs are the way to go. Proteins for after workout to increase energy but also maintain and build muscles. That is my simple meal plan.
The full body workout i did is beginner friendly, I used dumbbells and a resistance band to push myself beyond, if you do not have dumbbells and a resistance band you can just do without them and you get the same benefits.
