1) Carbs : like Sweet potatoes, Chocolate milk and Quinoa
2) Protein : like Eggs, Greek yogurt, Cottage cheese, Salmon, and Chicken.
3) Fats : like Avocado, Nuts, and Nut butter.
and Sample Post-Workout Meals : like Egg omelet with avocado spread on toast, Salmon with sweet potato, and Tuna salad sandwich on whole-grain bread.
