  1. Great video!  I have a hard time coming up with ideas that incorporate green veggies into snacks throughout the day.Could you give some ideas of what good snack options are?

  2. Yummy! I am bad at eating before. I rarely work out first thing in the morning, but I work out at least 2 to 3 hours after I eat. How long should I wait before working out? Also, should I eat right after my workout? Is there a minimum length of workout I should have before I refuel? I guess that would be a good video….also back exercises 🙂 Excited to follow you on this journey since I love your posts on IG.

  3. So whenever I add a little avocado like that I don't know what to do with the rest of the avocado. I might use a little later in the day but I certainly don't eat a whole one. Any suggestions on a way to keep it fresh? I usually end up throwing it away.

Lauren,  I get up at 4:30 and work out from 5:006:00AM.  My goal is to drink 32 ounces of water during that work out.  I do not eat anything before I work out…just to early.  When I am done with the workout I have 1 scoop of BCAA with water.  At 7:30 I  have a protein shake on my way to work (one scoop of protein, 3/4 c. soy silk unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 banana and 1/2 c. of frozen blueberries).  Do you have any suggestions for me with my morning routine?  I really want to maximize this time of the day.  Thanks!
