  1. I have a question. I am interested in calistentics but I am also a basketball player. Will calistentics (idk how to spell it) help me improve my athleticism? Like instead of medicine ball tosses or speeded dumbbell movements for my explosive upper body day, can I do calistentics that day and do weighted exercises on my other 2 upper body days?

  2. Hey man can you make a video on how to dunk. When I do dunk attempts I always jump a bit too close to the net and I can’t throw the ball threw the hoop because it just slips out of my hand, so could you please make a video on where to take off when dunking and the best way to dunk with one hand, without palming the ball or the ball slipping out of the hand.
