  1. These are great videos. It is nice to hear all the comments from others aswell. As far as the thyroid issues, yes, hypothyroidism can affect your ability to lose weight, but not completely. By saying that, I mean Don't Give Up! Just because you have an inhibitor doesn't mean you should quit. It means work harder to help yourself. In addition to staying active and eating healthy, seek medical advice. There are Rx's that can help maintain and balance proper thyroid functionality, resulting in an easier path to reaching your fitness goals. I personally suffer from arthritis starting in c-5 in my neck thru my spine, hips, knees, and mildly in other joints. This does keep me from doing some of the moves I really want to do but there is always an alternative. Stay focused and dont let your mind tell your body it can't do something. Also, know when your body is telling you something isn't right. Follow up on it and make the proper adjustments. From personal experience, although the arthritis is very painful at times, I do notice it is much worse if I go for periods without exercise. Keep at it! We can all reach our goals without excuses, just hard work and dedication.

  3. I'm 47 110 lbs.. slim build, but not skinny. I'm looking to build body mass and muscle. A butt..ha ha..who would have guessed. I'ts never too late..So I am starting to eat clean and eat more often. I was one of those 1 meal a day and coffee, especially if I was busy. Some days I may eat 2 twice. So with all that changed I'm now implementing some crunches and squats along with resistance bands. Figure out where I'd like to see myself before joining a gym and taking it a little further. I've bought many magazines for exercise options and recipes etc. I stay away from any other the power drinks, energy pills etc.. as I feel they are not needed. I'm building up along with toning, not body building for competition. Complete difference. Thanks for your videos very informative. 

  4. Alot of people do have thyroid issues and they don't know it. So yes it could be that they have a thyroid issue but that doesn't mean they can't fight it.

I am getting scared with the promise of hard solid consistent work 5 days a week and then its followed by the instructors encouragement 'dont let this scare you off' I was scared the moment she said work but then i guess I have got to do something one day – perhaps i will start tomorrow with some tablets
