Here’s the workout again :
10 minutes stairmaster
40 walking lunges – 2 sets
20 lunges (each) barbell – 2 sets
NOT FILMED – why ? I don’t know !!! – 15 burpees & 20 bear crawls – 2 sets
15 One leg deadlift (each) – 2 sets
30 jumping lunges – 2 sets
donkey kicks and fire hydrants till burning / failure
2 bridge dips + 2 openers x 10 – 2 sets
squat pulse + box jumps x 10 – 2 sets
hip thrust with band x 15 – 2 sets
lunge / squat combo x 10 – 2 sets
kettlebell swing x20 – 2 sets
bosu ball single leg jumps x10 – 2 sets
booty machine x 12 – 3 sets

  1. GUYS.. I just figured. I actually wrote down the recipe for the baked oatmeal ???????? typical me.. so as i mentioned, inspired by Tess's I used pretty much same ingredients but didn't measure at all instead I kind of went my way so here's the recipe for mine, and her recipe is linked in description box.
    – 1 cup rolled oats
    – 1/4 cup bukinis
    – 1/2 cup raspberries (mine were frozen)
    – 1 flax egg (1.5 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp warm water)
    – 1 cup or so, soy milk
    – 1 banana, mashed
    – 2 tbsp coconut flakes
    – 1 handful cranberries
    – cinnamon
    –> Mash the banana, then mix everything, then pour into baking dish, then sprinkle 1 tsp coconut sugar on top. I baked mine at 200° for 30 minutes approx.

  3. Could you roughly say how many calories you consume a day? Because I'm going threw some struggles right now I feel like I'm always hungry like even on 2100 calories I'm still hungry. Do u think I could upen it a little bit without gaining weight? I'm 164cm tall 59kg and workout 4 to 5 times a week mostly strenght training.
