  1. This video was very helpful! I had no idea that our bodies are more nutrient-sensitive after exercise, and that the muscle cells will be more likely to absorb carbs (instead of the fat cells). I'll start eating after my workouts from now on. thanks!

  2. I usually have a smoothie (OJ, fruit, sherbert) with some whey protein added in after my workouts. Results seem to be pretty fair, been sticking to this for about 5 years now.

  3. You are dumb seriously food provides energy u will get a better workout with food in morning so therefore u will exert more calories during your morning workout from all the energy u have from food especially since u were basically fasting all night from your 6,8 or 10hrs of sleep.

  6. this video is really informative as I always hear mixed opinions on this subject , the delayed time you have to wait for your food to digest is disadvantageous fasting is much better , great share.
