  1. I miss working out like you do. I used to bodybuild..and run 5 miles a day. I was in shape! But then I developed Rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 35. I could walk up until 2 years ago. I try getting into a warm physical therapy pool once a week. I went from 135 to 240 lbs. I'm 54 now..and getting motivated to lose. I have managed to lose weight..I am at 215 lbs. You inspire me. Thanks for the videos. Never stop moving!

  2. I go on the rowing machine for ten minutes a day will that make my legs look bigger? I would like them to be thinner 🙁 (I also go running 2-3 times a week, cardio workout once a day and body toning workouts once a day) I'm just wondering will all this combined make me look slimmer and more toned all over, I really don't want to gain big muscles in my legs or thighs

  3. Miss Pink…I need to have implants due to breast cancer. I'm having a difficult time choosing the size. Would you kindly tell the size you opted for. If you don't remember the cc's, what bra size do you normally fit into. I'm just trying to get an idea of sizes that I think look nice on people. Thank you very much.

  5. What did you do for weight loss ur old video to get where you are like cardio plz can someone help me is it best to do cardio for weight loss and than once you've loss weight start workouts like weights and stuff?!

  6. MissPink…I found your videos about a week ago. It doesn't say in any of the description boxes I've read so far (the "my daily diet and exercise pt1-4, and one of the before and after videos). Maybe you mention in during one of your videos? I do plan on eventually watching your videos to the end, but can you please mention what brand of elliptical you used at home or what you would recommend?
