WORKOUT WITH OLIVIA JARVIS | Dubai Vlog, Cheat Meals, Leg & Booty Workout



Hey guys, so i finally met up with Olivia after speaking to her for ages over Instagram 🥰 We did a leg / booty focussed workout in the gym and wow 😰 my legs! I’ve also included a full day of eating whilst in Dubai so that you can see how i’ve been managing to stay on track. If you give this workout a go then make sure you let us both know 😀 Here is the full workout:

Hip Thrusts
4 sets, 10-12 Reps

Leg Press
4 sets, 8-10 Reps

Machine RDL
3 sets + 1 drop set, 8-10 Reps

Bulgarian Split Squats 8-10 Reps E/L
Sumo Squats 10-12 Reps
X 4 sets

Lying Hamstring Curl
3 sets + 1 drop set to failure at the end, 10-15 Reps
