  1. Perfect example of a Tabata workout! I do this once everyday and i love it🤗 It was quite hard at first but it def gets easier. Thank you 😊

  2. I wont lie although i havent had an increase in muscle or lost any noticeable amount of fat (probably because im a very skinny build)

  4. how many times the ideal time per day we need do this exercise? and when we can do it morning ,evening or night , and after eat or before eat? im not good in this thing, want to wide my knowledge on this .

  5. How about replacing bicycle crunch with standing up, palms behind your head, lift your knee and touch the right elbow with your left knee? I feel that this puts less strain on the lower back…
