  1. I really respect her as she is doing this while talking. like i cant even breathe properly when i first tried this and stopped halfway but she make me want to try again and not give up now

  2. so i know that if im to workout everyday id have to eat more since im burning more cuz then id put my body in starvation causing body fat to stay. Im reverse dieting since ive been under eating my whole life thus part of the reason why im skinny fat. So im working out 2x a week now to have to eat less than 1663+ cals a week. But i want to workout my entire body so is it fine to workout one week 2 days on abs next week on a different set of days 2 diff body parts and back and forth? or would that count as swinging which i heard u shouldnt do since it leads to no results
