Issa fitness vlog! I had a really bad week of unmotivation and bingeing, I felt bloated, I felt shitty and I almost didn’t want to film. I like videos when fitness youtubers show the days where they don’t have the best workouts or theyre feel unmotivated. It shows that theyre human and it makes them more relatable.

Not everyone is perfect! people usually show their bodies when theyre happy with them, they rarely show the struggles, the binges, when they fall off their diet, when they don’t feel like working out, the sweat, and the hard work. In this video Ill be showing you what a realistic week in the life look like for me. I included some yummy meals as well. if you like these types of videos let me know in the comments!

  1. Those meals look so good! Meal prep makes life a lot easier like you said you know exactly what you are eating. I completely agree sometimes motivation comes and go so we can’t rely on it. Its discipline that we need. But sometimes we fall off it happens. Just got to pick ourselves up and get back on the mission. Success isnt linear so just keep going. Any progress is good progress. Love the healthy snacks alternatives as well! Dinner was on point. Potatoes good carbs to fuel the workouts. O yea Majors burpees challenge! Excited to see you on that one as well.   3. Gonna be back to finish this video! I completely agree sometimes people only share the good online so it’s refreshing to see the real struggle sometimes. For me working out is something I have to do. If I get depressed I would have to workout more since its really a way to vent for me. But yea there are days I struggle to go to work or just do errands. I can’t wait to see yalls collaboration thats so cool! Keep up the great work on this channel!

Sorry you had a tough week-and you're right-exercise gets the positive hormones flowing! Good job doing Caroline Girvan's daily program-you found something that works for you! I like when you said -you took the control back! Your din din looks so good!! You are so good in the kitchen!! Talented!! Would you consider doing a July arm challenge with me? I will post 5-days a week during the month-short specific muscle group workouts 3-5 mins per exercise. No worries if you already have plans!! I just love you and would love to do it with you!
