  1. When I workout I get fluffy lol and when I stop I get skinny. 🤷🏻‍♀️ when I had a trainer for a month I was seeing definition but she doubled her prices and I had to stop. 😕 I need help!!

  2. do you do the same exercise moves for each muscle group every time you do the specific muscle group? and do you plan the exact moves you will do in advance? i don’t like making up my own workouts so i just follow youtube videos like caroline girvan, heather robertson, etc. i’m not sure if maybe i should change that
