LEGS AND BOOTY DAY

Calf raises
Volleyball jumps
Plank leg raises
Sumo squats
Leg up hip thrusts
Dumbbell swings

CIRCUIT 2- 3x12reps
ULTIMATE BOOTY WORKOUT
Glute bridge pulses

Clamshells
Side leg abduction

Thursday-
SCULPT FULL BODY BURN
RUN 10km

High kick backs
