full legday workout:
4×10-12 walking lunges each leg
4×16 goblet squat variation
4×8-10 split squats each leg
5×8-10 dumbbell deadlifts
3×12-15 lying leg curl
4xfailure calv raises
4×10-12 hip throusts
4×10 dumbbell shrugs
a lot of volume – focusing on the quads as well as form & contraction while going a bit heavier on the first compounds but that’s what works for me..
explained you my full workout split, maybe you get some inspiration from that, got all the meals down & kept it pretty simple for that, sometimes I’m switching up things but that’s the usual diet to add some size this summer..
