My Gym Routine – how to work your legs, butt and abs in the gym!
SO many of you have asked to see what I REALLY get up in when i post selfies in the gym – so here it is! I’d love for you all to give these exercises a go – aim for 3 sets of 10 reps with the resistance machines and always start lighter and progress with confidence! I can’t wait to read your comments and reply to you all!

  4. I'm slim and don't need to loose weight but just started using the gym to tone up. To be honest I have no idea if I'm doing too little or to much! I don't want to do the same thing every day. I did half an hour on the treadmill and then 30 minutes on the rowing machine the other day. Then a few leg presses

  5. Hi Carly, had a question. SO for the bar bell exercise where you do 7 hip to belly 7 shoulder to belly and 7 hip to shoulders do you do 3 sets of that or just one time through?

  6. Love this! although I would like to recommend a band for your tummy or your arm to hold your phone it can be very dangerous wearing you phone between boobs. So I have heard at least. I try to just avoid it anyways who wants a sweaty phone rubbing between your boobs! haha

  7. am going to start working out again and i dont wanna make the same mistakes i did last time cause it harmed me more then helped me i did a lot of weight training spend six days a week in the gym and stopped going after a month because i moved and i gained more wight then i usual gain got fatter if their is any advices i would love to hear them and i hope that video will help me it seems great am going to go with it
