3. Seal jax
4. Plank skiers
8 x 20sec

5. Squat to heel lift
6. Mountain climbers to opposite toe touch
8 x20sec

— Then do it all as 1 circuit for 40sec ea exercise

Core:
1. Plank shoulder taps
2. Bicycle holds
3. Reverse curl to extensions
3 x 30sec

  1. Thank you…. I can relate to all you mentioned .. I begun teaching “ High Impact Aerobics “ in the eighties.. my knees .. ankles and shins remember well.. then the journey that came with the changes in fitness .. Step.. Slide… Cross-training… Pump … Spinning .. Book Camp .. well you get my drift. Now soon to be 60 and my body keeps reminding me where I am now. Good effective workout.. thanks again .

  2. Great low impact workout and a great way to ease myself back into the 21 day challenge after my lower back pain blip. It feels loads better today but I'm going to continue on with the heat and ice treatment. PS I managed a 7 mile dog walk yesterday so fingers crossed I'm back whoop. x

    I would liked your step classes, my mother sent me to dance classes when I was 6 years old. I hated it and I ran away, My mom was very mad at me. I don't like classes with dances or loud music. I can't concentrate on the form.
    Bycicles are my less favorites!!!!

  4. Omg 😳 great workout ! So glad I have been doing planks for the last couple of years. The mountain climbers were Very hard ,but I lived. I should record all the talking back that I do…. like come on PJ ,really! You said that was the last set! Sick surprise lol ❤️❤️

    I really enjoyed the second set of moves. Those abs were 🔥🔥 during the bicycles! And that stretch was delicious😌 I would totally join you for a spinal sit in😆
