Resistance band workout to target problem areas! Week 7 | workouts for women at Planet Fitness

Hey yall, this workout of the week features my new loop bands from Sports Research! There are 5 levels of resistance and I think I used the 2nd and 3rd level. This week’s workout is about focusing on toning the lower body with minimal equipment. This can be done without resistance bands, but consider resistance bands and light dumbbells/kettlebells to intensify the workout! do 3 rounds!
