🔥#TBT to a new & improved version of a workout I first shared back in 2012. As The SULTAN 👑 OF SWEAT 😓, I know a thing or two about towels. And it’s one of the most overlooked and underrated training tools if you know how to use it right to create manual resistance.
📝Perform each move for 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest between moves:
1. 1-Leg Shoulder Sweepers- Left Leg
2. 1-Leg Shoulder Sweepers- Right Leg
3. Glute Bridge March
4. Towel Pushup Hold*
5. Glute Bridge Abduction Squeeze*
6. Split Stance Row- Left Leg*
7. Split Stance Row- Right Leg*
8. Split Squat Curls- Left Leg
9. Split Squat Curls- Right Leg
10. Trap Bar Deadlift*
12. Tall Kneeling See-Saw Push-Pull
*Perform these for 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 3 straight sets. Progress to 10 seconds, on, 5 seconds off for 4 straight sets. This allows you to create max tension and maintain quality form. DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH!
✅That’s 1 round. Perform a single round as a starter or finisher. Perform 2-4 rounds for a full workout, resting 1-2 minutes between rounds.
