Upper Body Workout Routine for Beginners

My complete upper body workout to sculpt your back and shoulders. In this video, I give you guys tips and tricks that I used as a beginner. As a beginner, I know the gym can be super intimidating, but watching workout videos helped me A LOT and I hope I can do the same for you 🙂

The first bit of the video is all dumbbell/plate work for your shoulders while the second bit is cable work for your back! Busy gyms are a pain, so my solution is to pick a place and stay there LOL.
